Refund & Cancellation

1. Payment schedule

Every project gets a written, fixed-price quote in Indian rupees before any work starts. Website projects are paid in three milestones:

• 50% advance to book your project and start work.
• 30% after you approve the design.
• 20% before the website goes live.

Smaller jobs (fixes, one-off tasks) may be billed 100% on completion or in advance, as stated in the quote. Maintenance (care) plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance.

2. Cancelling a project

• Before work starts: you get a full refund of your advance.
• After work starts: we keep payment for the work already done and refund any unused part of the amount you have paid. Payments for milestones you have already approved are not refundable.
• On cancellation, we hand over all work completed and paid for up to that point.

3. If we can’t deliver

If we are unable to deliver what was agreed in the quote, you will receive a refund for every milestone we have not delivered.

4. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, apps and other licences bought on your behalf are paid to third parties and cannot be refunded by us once purchased. These are always listed separately in your quote.

5. Maintenance (care) plans

• Care plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
• Yearly plans renew each year. We remind you before the renewal date, and you can cancel any time before it.
• Fees for a month or year that has already started are not refunded.

6. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed quote is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.

7. How to request a refund
