• Every project gets a written, fixed-price quote in Indian rupees before work starts.
• Website projects are paid in three milestones: 50% advance, 30% after design approval and 20% before the website goes live.
• Maintenance (care) plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance.
• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Web Indian Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
• The website and services are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind.
